Ms. Saadia ShariffSaadia Shariff has an undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago and a MEd from Stanford University. She has been in the field of education for over 20 years. She has served as an assistant principal at CPSA and IFS and most recently served as a Dean of Academics at a CPS. She currently serves as a middle school and high school teacher at MCC Academy and is a board member for Carriers of Light, COL. Saadia is the author of the book The Islamic School Resource Guide : Developing Schools and Educational Excellence. She has served on numerous school recognition and accreditation teams.

Ms. Saima AhmedMs. Saima was born and raised in Chicago, IL. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2005. She is married and has three children, and has taught for 14 years. She is passionate about creating culturally responsive and equitable teaching content for students of all backgrounds and abilities. She has volunteered for many grassroots Muslim organizations, such as Sisters Steppin' Up and MUHSEN, and is a current active volunteer for Rabata, for which she creates educational content. She enjoys reading books, studying history, and traveling with her family.

Ms. Sana QuadriMs. Sana has an associates degree in early childhood education from San Jose State University and a bachelor's degree in communication from Northeastern Illinois University. Ms. Sana has been teaching in early childhood for 11 years. In 2004 she launched a preschool co-op called Mommy and Me. She also served as a director at Camp Kaleemullah. Ms. Sana has also written curriculum for several programs and done extensive charity work helping families coming to Chicago as refugees through various relief organizations and served as an ELL instructor to immigrant students through Chicago Public Schools. Currently, Ms. Sana teaches preschool at MCC Academy in Skokie, IL.

Ms. S. Fatima QuadriS. Fatima Quadri is an educator certified in the areas of secondary/middle school education, history, and reading. For more than a decade she has served as an educator in parochial and public schools in addition to serving three years as an administrator. Fatima has also taken Islamic Studies courses under the guidance of traditional scholars from institutions such as Salihah Central and Kiflayn. She has conducted several programs for youth and children through various organizations including inter-faith engagement and service learning.

Ms. Saba AlchamaeSaba Alchammae was raised in Schaumburg, IL and continues to reside there with her husband and three daughters. She is currently homeschooling her daughters while she pursues her teaching certificate through Rabata. Sabah is also a dedicated student of the Quranic sciences also through Rabata. She enjoys Islamic art, architecture, and history. She enjoys traveling and would like to visit different parts of the Muslim world.

Ms. Noor KhanNoor Khan is a Gifted Program educator in the Naperville School District. She holds a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction along with endorsements in Gifted Education and Mathematics. She received grants through the University of Chicago and North Central College to study abroad in China and Japan, focusing on the educational system and culture. Ms. Khan has held advisory positions in the national organization Muslim Youth of North America (MYNA) and local organization Sisters Stepping Up. Currently she lives in Chicago with her husband and three children.
